What You'll Get:

What You'll Do:

• Active Participation - Contribute actively rather than just listening in. Share your expertise, solutions, and help others succeed with their Informer implementations.
• Attend Meetings - Join monthly online meetings as consistent touchpoints, with opportunities for regional in-person meetups. Participate in segmented formats with breakout groups by specialization (higher ed, operations, APIs, etc.).
• Provide Feedback - Help test UI changes (like the Informer 5 rollout) and provide valuable feedback on user experience and workflows from your real-world perspective.
• Spread Best Practices - Help spread best practices and resources, potentially through public-facing webinars to share insights more broadly.
• Use Appropriate Channels - Keep the group focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing. Real issues and bugs should still go directly to Entrinsik support through their ticketing system.

The Commitment:

This is a user-driven community open to Informer users and related BI professionals who can share resources or practices. We'll balance smaller, focused group discussions with more public-facing webinars. The group will use communication platforms like Slack, Teams, or LinkedIn Groups for ongoing collaboration, with Entrinsik helping by setting up shared resources for contacts, ideas, and templates.
